I’m a solo business traveller and every so often I have to stay in London for a few days. The room was clean, the bathroom very tidy with good shower pressure. The proximity to Elizabeth line and other tube lines is excellent. I’d stay again for my purposes.

Great location close to Paddington, about a 10 minute walk. Single room was comfortable with a private shower, which was in very good condition. WiFi was slow but adequate for my requirements and the continental breakfast was of good quality, including cereal, toast, ham, boiled eggs and hot/cold drinks.

The room was clean but the bedding was old with seams coming apart. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was terrible though, no hot option, awful coffee and the orange juice was basically squash. The only thing on offer were a couple of different cereals, cold toast, ham, cheese and hard boiled eggs. But the staff were all very friendly and the location is good and it’s cheap. I’d stay there again but remember to go elsewhere for breakfast

The hotel was very basic. It was clean and close to Hyde park and Paddington. The breakfast was also very basic but ok (tea, toast, basic ham, cheese, a couple of cereals). Nothing bad to say really but also more basic than other hotels I would usually stay at.

It's a cheap hotel and that's what you get. There's nothing wrong with it, the breakfast is functional, the rooms liveable. I stayed in the areas in hotels in the late 1980s and early 1990s: they were just like this then. If you want a modern top hotel, then this isn't it. If you want somewhere well situated and passable, then this does that job.

Room was small but clean, staff was nice, breakfast was alright, we got towels and hand soap and don‘t have anything to complain about. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Paddington station and only a few minutes from souvenir shops, pubs and restaurants. Good for staying a couple of days
