The linen and towels in our room were stained, and the towels were threadbare. The wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom and the tiles in the shower were cracked. My husband tried to iron his shirt: the ironing board was missing a spring and wouldn’t stay upright. The room was stuffy, no matter how high we turned up the cooling it was not comfortable. The only feature to recommend is how close it is the harbour; it was very convenient to get to the ferry and to Sky Tower.

None of the membership deals were applicable. Room was available but the woman didn't allow early check in. The check in process was pretty crap too. Having to ring a number to then have someone come and get you seemed very odd. No exclusivity about it. This shouldve been mentioned upfront rather than a hidden process after paying for it. The glass windows were filthy. The rubbish bins had milk stains on them. The bathroom floors were so gross.

Nice property bit strange having to go to the 3rd floor to check in It states on Expedia that there is pool facilities which is why I booked. The day before I received a welcome letter saying you have to pay $25 for pool access that should have been on Expedia warning us

I felt like I was wealthy, staying in a place for the rich but for less then it would have cost me at a motel. I had a lovely room, a balcony, a bath, a comfortable bed and a view of the sky tower. What more could you want from a hotel. Would stay again and will recommend it to others.

We didn’t like that the hotel customer services was so bad. We had to wait along time to get in and out of the car park Also no one did room service for us even when we put the note on our bed as they requested. Second night we came home to no body wash, no clean towels and no bed done. It’s simple thing we expect the hotel to do that’s what we pay for. Also upon checkout we asked for a trolley so I could move our stuff out. They said they will bring it up for me but nothing came. I had to manually go from level 4 make 5 trips to my car and do it.

The room was good and the service was good. But the TV didnt really work and paying $45 for parking then having to ring reception anytime I needed to enter or exit the carpark was ridiculous
