The staff were great but the room was far too small. There was not enough room for our suitcases. It was noisy as the water system kept making noises every couple of minutes and no tea or coffee making facilities.

The room was so small we had to walk over the first bed to get to the second bed or the bathroom, and the room door could barely open with our luggage in there. The bathroom only had a swinging door and the bathroom light kept switching off every few minutes. So we had to go out and turn the light on again to continue showering. They also charge you £3 per luggage to hold on to your luggage after checkout. At the price point, the experience should have been a lot better. You could get a far superior hotel experience in the same neighborhood for not a lot more. Safe to say we won't be staying here again.
