Room was lovely and well appointed although we did pay for a city view room but was given a first floor room looking directly onto the grungy carpark which had a lot of use so curtains remained closed due to privacy. We complained to reception about the room allocation and got a "Oh" from them but no promise of rectifying, etc. I guess we got to supervise our vehicle parked outside our window! Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about and our dinner at their restaurant was ordinary but pricey.

For the best hotel In Rotorua- needs to lift their quality. Disappointing to booked the best suite only to offer the minor amenities. Not living up to the expectation of Pullman’s standard.

The hotel is overrated. The room was marketed as a top of line room but in reality, it was nothing but a studio with a big bathroom. It missed the mark. The TV was useless, pay per view and you had to set up an account, no sky, and sometimes the remote never worked e.g we couldn't get in-room dining to work we had to ring up after trying for half an hour, parking was shocking, dinner was not nice paid an arm and a leg for a meal that wasn't cooked to standard and the cut of meat was cheap. For what we paid I dont think it was worth it. WOnt be goping back to the Pullman.

Didn’t like that there wasn’t a bathroom. Toilet had a stall style door so there wasn’t any privacy. Yuck!
