Very disappointed at the cleanliness and condition of the room. The surface by the tea making facility had dirty marks on it, the skirting boards had dust and marks on them. The carpet was bobbled by use and was uncomfortable to put bear feet on it, it was very worn! The bathroom was so small it was borderline unusable. The location of the hotel is great however I felt the room was very poor value. I have stayed in cheaper hotels in a similarly good location and had a much better room.

Nice staff at check in. Room a decent size as was the bathroom. Bed comfy, duvet really nice, pillow a little big. Windows could do with some sound proofing. Bathroom needed a bit of a remodel, bath (with very low shower head) in dire need of replacement. Light bulb out over the bed, dust on the mirror - small attention to detail missing. Decent hotel for the main but for the price, had higher expectations.

± got a tiny little room couldn’t get past the bed to get to the other side of the bed had to climb over the bed when complain they said they didn’t have any other rooms and that was a standard room. Originally I booked Radison blue Hotel at Leicester Square, but Hotels.com got it wrong and ended up at Houston Square instead when I phoned hotel.com about changing it they said I would have to pay an extra £800 even though it was their mistake, so I’m not happy at all with Hotels.com.

Staff were polite and the room was clean, however only tea available in our room, would have liked coffee. Room was a bit noisy from our bedroom window which felt like it was open but it wasnt. Lifts weren’t working in the hotel.
