Excellent location & view

Mostly was excellent, fantastic view over Hyde park & city even though I chose the cheapest room rate. Food in room and in the restaurant was excellent, the chef is a major asset to the hotel. Majority of staff across the hotel were outstanding, though some at the front reception desk seemed rather inexperienced and undertrained for this calibre of establishment. Renovations still going on which was slightly distracting though it will look stunning once finished. Possibly The best bed I have ever slept in!
