Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys to be returned to lock box by 10:15 am. Carparking fob (if booked) needs to be returned to where it was collected by 10:00am. Any breakages/ damage to be reported immediately with photos.
All towel radiators to be turned off when not in use. All BERG heaters to be left on standby when leaving the property.
Used bedlinens to be stripped and left in a neat pile in bedrooms. Used towels to be left in bathtub. All rubbish and recycling to be disposed of in the outside communal waste area on ground floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
