Wi-Fi was excellent and staff were friendly. Apartment was basic and didn't feel cozy but we warmed up to it. Kitchen met our needs but we didn't end up cooking much. Access to groceries was good, the nearby M&S provided an excellent selection of prepped meals so the oven/microwave was all that we used. Bed was comfortable enough. Access to the underground was perfect! We had a noisy plumbing issue which I should have been more insistent on them dealing with it sooner but I ended up getting an adjustment on my invoice.

This has been our 6th year coming to Templeton Place and the we have always been happy with our stay and if there is anything out of order, it is taken care of quickly. Highly recommend staying here with excellent staff and kitchen and especially a washer/dryer for our long stay.

This is our second time staying at the London Templeton Place location. We love it for the location to Heathrow, but more importantly it is located on a quiet street but close to public transportation and shopping. Management is great, friendly and helpful.

The rooms are larger than a regular hotel room and well equipped - washer/dryer, stove, dishes, dining table. The area is quiet and close to restaurants (mostly ethnic or pubs) and close to the Earl's Court tube station for easy commuting. Staff is pleasant and responsive to requests

This was a great option for a stay in London! We loved the Earl's Court neighborhood which is conveniently located on the Piccadilly and District lines. We had a slight snafu on check in as we had let them know arrival time but no one answered the door bell or the phone when we arrived (on time). Our second attempt at calling was answered and someone did come over (he had been in "the other building"). The washer/dryer in our unit did not dry - clothes got hot but not dry. We were on a long trip so being able to do laundry was one "selling point" for us in choosing this property and so it was a mild disappointment when it didn't work. The decor is "interesting" with paper mache animal heads on the walls and a statue of a man crouched in fear pointing a gun at you right as you walk in. An interesting artistic choice. Great neighborhood, clean, quiet, air conditioned and unit was spacious.

Great stay

After many days of research we choose templeton in earls courts. The location was excellent. It was two blocks away from the underground. And four stations away from the paddington train station. There are restaurants markets a block away from the hotel. The room size was great for the price. There is even a washer in the unit. However it does take forever to dry up the clothes because it is those washer and dryer combo. Bathroom of great size. The only slight discomfort is that the AC is not strong. And that windows does not have black out curtain. We were there in the month of June. The sun rises at 5 am and sets at 9 pm. Will get waken up by the sunset early because the curtain doesn’t fully cover the window. But the front desks personnel were very friendly the place is very secure.
