Ive never stayed in a " Windowless room it was OK Room & Bathroom Good sizes,Clean & Nice Side Tables/ main table with tea/ Coffee making facilities were ready for the scrap heap(I do NOT exaggerate,wardrobe was from the 70s. The bed was definitely NOT a hotel quality mattress ,really quite hard,i did not sleep well that night. The duvet was quite thin For an overnight stay it was adequate!!! Would i stay there again,who knows if the price is right, I got a very good deal:-)on this occassion Who Knows???? Room was a goo

Terrible hotel. Too many negatives to list them all but I’ll give the main ones. I tried to check in a little early understanding most hotels have limited early check in, but here they charge 10£ per hour for every hour early you are even if the room is available. There are 2 restaurants in the lobby but they don’t open until dinner. There is no breakfast or lunch here. Our room had no thermostat so we couldn’t control the temperature. After I inquired they said they’d bring a mobile heater but then didn’t until we asked again. We stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. Not once!! They said they only clean rooms every 3 nights but didn’t clean ours even after 4, not even kidding. The front desk staff is rude and when you ask for something they treat you like you are an inconvenience. There was no small refrigerator or microwave in the room, and we were in an upgraded suite. The area is in the financial district so nothing to do close by, and even though most attractions are only about 7 miles away, this means an hour and 40 minute Uber in London traffic. This hotel looks pretty and has a beautiful lobby but literally everything else here is horrible! Spend the extra money to get a real hotel closer to attractions.

On arrival at the hotel, the police and security were dealing with an 'incident' in the lobby / drop off area which didn't install me with much confidence. The reception staff offered an 'upgrade' on my room but on arrival to my room the door wouldn't open and I had to return to reception twice in an attempt to get the room card 'unlocked' - but it still wouldn't open. I was assigned a basic room by another member of staff. I had booked a double room but was then given a single. There was loud music in the corridor until after 1am which no-one wanted to deal with, and a general 'hum' like a constant running engine (not the air conditioning, as there is none!) which woke me numerous times during the night. Tired looking hotel and I'm not surprised! I'm tired too!

The hotel is very convenient and reasonably priced for its location in the centre of Canary Wharf. The room was very clean and quiet with good ameneties. I stayed for one night after a work event so didn't use any of the other hotel facilities.

Stayed for one night to attend a concert at the O2 arena. Location brilliant as a quick walk to tube and only one stop to arena. Room was clean, bed comfy and lovely big bath with a selection of cosmetics. One member of staff made checking in difficult but another took over and was great. Did not eat here so can’t comment on food, but the one thing it could do with is a vending machine or similar to grab a drink out of hours especially when coming back late. Would definitely stay again.
