Poor soundproofing — I could clearly hear the next room’s phone calls and TV. The bathroom had issues: the sink drained poorly, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was hair in the shower on arrival.

Everything was lovely. I was a solo traveller and arrived very early in the morning. A little light was on in the room so it was welcoming after a long night. The evening staff were so kind. The reception staff in the morning lovely and then the breakfast man was so nice. Very clean very welcoming and would highly recommend

Check in was great, very quick. Had a lovely room, 1st floor with terrace. Nice size and very clean. We had to turn heating off as was very hot in the room. Bed comfy. Location was good, lots of places for food nearby. Great place to stay.
