What a superb hotel. Small. Attentive. Wonderful location. Fantastic staff. Beautiful rooms. Immaculately clean. Excellent bathroom. Very very comfortable bed. Everything worked so very well. Would absolutely recommend highly. Will certainly stay again.

The room was tiny, barely space to walk around the bed. Elevator was just large enough for two people, and so slow that most people walked even though our room was on the 4th floor. No full length mirrors to check how you look, only small round ones placed so high a short person couldn't see their face. Toilet didn't flush fully without several tries. Threshold was loose, but they did send someone to fix it promptly. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Art was fun.

Artist Theme Hotel; VERY well maintained & staff

An interested "quirky" and extremely well maintained hotel in London. Theme is Exhibitionist Artist style - very creative and enjoyable place to stay. Front Staff were WONDERFUL - very helpful and accommodating (i had asked for ice a few times and always helpful). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are looking for something different - but well maintained and profesionally run.

Quirky and classy !

Wow, loved South Kensington and the ease of this hotel to fabulous restaurants, galleries and the underground. We paid to have the continental breakfast daily and the smoothies were delicious.

A lovely boutique hotel in South Kensington. Lot's of quirky art and decoration. A well appointed room with excellent staff. The bar and restaurant are also quite good and by no means overpriced. We would return.

A real find. So close to the shopping of Knightsbridge, the museums around Kensington , tube stations and food options. Looks just like the online photos. Everything worked well, room was big with great bathroom. Was very impressed.
