Elegantly styled with plush, upholstered seating and a glass coffee table, the formal living room is brought to life by splashes of colour from mesmerising art adorning the walls. Feeling competitive? This refined room also boasts a bridge and chess table for games lovers to while away a low-key evening. Double doors lead through to the formal dining space, rich in antique charm with its traditional cabinets.

On the lower level of the house, the TV room brings the sunshine with its soulful yellow styling. Uniting contemporary design with an artistic aesthetic, this light-filled room hosts a wall-mounted Curve plasma TV and piano. The fully equipped kitchen takes a distinctly vibrant turn with its candy pink walls, glossy white cabinets and monochrome floor tiles. Little extras including a Magimix blender and Nespresso machine add further allure to this convivial space. Here, French doors will invariably tease you towards the garden, perfect for sunseekers with two al fresco dining areas and a plentiful supply of sun loungers.

Across the corridor, on the lower level, you’ll find a snug bedroom with a double bed, full-length mirror and antique chest of draws, plus an exquisite bathroom with slick, marble-style tiles and a large walk-in shower. On the first floor, the principal bedroom is luminescent in lemon yellow with floral notes and hosts a king-sized bed and generous storage. Calming in caramel tones, the third bedroom is equipped with a double sofa bed, whilst the family bathroom presents a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
