This hotel was not good value for the money. Reception failed to send anyone to help adjust the heating system it was uncomfortably hot, the AC wouldn’t work even after 3 phone calls there was no support! I paid over £500 for two deluxe rooms for one night. Neither were deluxe there was no fridge in the room so complimentary water was warm, the tissue box holder fell from the wall as soon as I took one tissue. My brothers room was too cold!! the rooms are not large as described and are extremely claustrophobic. The staff were nice people they offered me 20% back for there lack of support to fix the heating I’ll see if they do, breakfast was better but overall I would not stay here again.

We stayed for three nights booked a deluxe room and got downgraded on first night…no compensation whatsoever. My VIP status meant nothing to the property. The first nights room was pathetic run down and extremely disjointed and very small. We got a different room for the next two nights which was adequate in size but the property is very tired and the rooms are in need of a much needed renovation. I stayed there two and half years ago but will go somewhere else next time as I will be travelling to London twice a year for the next few years.
