Slightly disappointing!
Firstly, after making my reservation I asked for parking details, I recieved no response.. as it happens the parking was plentiful as the hotel is situated in a shopping centre.
There is no information how to find the hotel- simply an address that is quite inadequate, the road works don’t make for an easy find, there were no visible signs or directions for the hotel.
The hotel sells itself as a 5 minute walk to ABBA Voyage - it’s actually a 20 minute + walk or a 10 minute Taxi drive ! The receptionist advised us that the doors to the show opened at 7.45 but the show didn’t start until 8.10 - we unfortunately missed the start !!
On-line check-in was good. Our room 751 was a jaunt… and looked out onto a blank wall, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, but not as sparkly clean as we would expect.…
The restaurant was freezing cold - so we decided to eat elsewhere, there was plenty of choice in the Mal .. breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant had warmed up.
Checkout online was unavailable due to technical difficulties .
All in all we had a nice stay, however for the price we paid we were rather disappointed.
