Everything is good in the room. Friendly staff. Area of improvement might be the breakfast - there is a choice of either buffet breakfast or a la carte breakfast, however I was not being informed of the a la carte.

Had a wonderful overnight stay at the Mandeville. The staff were so welcoming and professional. Made us feel very welcome. Attended a lovely wedding and shopped at Selfridges. Would definitely recommend staying.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and polite, room was beautiful, my only criticism was we asked for a quiet room and our room was on the first floor above the entrance! So it wasn't that quiet, but the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We have stayed here many times before. It has a great location so near the Tube and good restaurants. The only thing which could have been improved--the cleaning staff forgot to give us clean towels and washcloths on a couple of the days we stayed. Other than that, everything was good. I know we'll stay there again the next time we're in London.
