Room we were kindly upgraded to upon arrival was clean & well presented. Bed was very comfortable and hotel location was excellent in the centre of the city. Note: there's no onsite parking, however the hotel has a $10 parking deal available at a local Wilsons Multistory carpark (just need to ask at reception). Staff in the rooftop bar were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very central location, easily walk to BNZ center five lanes where has lots of restaurants and cafes and bars. Very helpful and friendly staffs especially the lady in the reception.
