Well positioned, clean and decent value. Staff friendly and capable. The décor was well presented and maintained. Rooms are very small: I suspect the ensuite bathrooms have taken up what was room space. They've managed well with those limitations. The bed was soft and squeaky, unfortunately. View was of some pipework adjacent to the window, but if you looked towards the street it would've been great.

Recommended with reservations

Pros: Think I've said it all, the staff and the bed and the sir con
Cons: The size of the single rooms
Location: Location outstanding, two tube stations next to each other and Notting Hill just down the road
A very well run hotel, with superb staff (Julian, is the most helpful and polite valet I've seen) the room, however is ludicrously small. Beware single rooms, even if travelling alone spend a big extra and book a double room. Shower was so small I got stuck in the door trying to get in, but positives bed is incredibly comfortable and rooms have reverse cycle air con, which in tourist class hotels in London is a huge plus. want to say only nice things, but if you get a single room be prepared to breathe in. Nice people.

Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Bed size too small for small adult. Worst hotel ever stayed in.
Location: Close to everything
Value: Excessive, Exorbitant, Rip-off, Totally overpriced; Cleanliness: Grubby, Shower was full of mould; Executive room a joke wdnt recommend this to anyone. False advertising on room.

Pros: We were immediately granted another room when we asked for it. Which was considerably bigger. Good, clean hotel
Cons: The first room we were given was really, really, small
Location: Just right, walking distance of tube
Facilities: Good, Modern, Nice ; Value: Acceptable price, Good value for money; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Pleasant; View from front rooms is nice, but above entrance, hence there is fume from smokers downstairs floating in your room.
