Rooms ok just very small and basic. Ok for one night but wouldnt want anymore. Location very good in the middle of covent garcen. Staff welcoming on arrival but not so good when checking out. I advised him the room was very noisy as we was below the restuarant and was woken up from 6am with what sounded like trolleys being wheeled across the floor. All the receptionist said was yes potentially! And nothng more!

It was literally the most perfect place I could’ve stayed as a solo traveler. The BEST location, right in Covent Garden. I got great sleep. The staff is really nice and very helpful. Great place! I’ll be back.

Flawed but amazing location

The room was incredibly small, the smallest i have ever stayed in. There are five floors but the lift was out of order. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and the location is amazing. Finding it is difficult too. Its not on the main street but in a side street begind gates.

Would happily stay again

Short stay in London, but this was a very comfortable stay & the hotel staff were brilliant as we arrived way early & asked if they had somewhere we could store our bags as it was only 11am but they instead advised us our room was ready & allowed us to check in then which was excellent. The room itself was very clean & the beds were comfy & the TV’s excellent options.
