Great stop Before flying from LAX

Nice clean room. The staff as very friendly. The breakfast was very good overall with eggs, sausage,potatoes and a waffle maker. The only thing missing was fresh fruit. The lobby is very small but easily accessible from the convenient parking lot.

The room appeared clean and comfortable. The beds were especially nice and clean and the mattresses were very clean and no weird stains. The problem came when I went to shower. All the “clean” folded towels had hairs stuck in them. It was gross.

This was a simple but great hotel. Very quiet, clean, and straightforward. No surprises. Lots of restaurants nearby. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent, so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was kind of run down. Shower was terrible. Turned it on and water was spraying and leaking from around the rim. I came for a concert anyway so I did NOT report or make a big deal. It was just somewhere to lay my head. But Best Western gives itself a bad name with run down properties. When I want to stay somewhere nice I will always remember how this gave cheap motel vibes.
