The room was clean and beds were conformable. We stayed there because we had a flight to catch the next day. It was a restless night due to the neighbots next door physically fighting and aeguing all night. We called the front desk multiple times to look into it but not sure they did. I wont be staying at this location again.

Booked a room at 3 pm at noon and drove around 300 miles to hear that their system is not working and hence cannot check-in. Had to bok another hotel at 10 pm with small kid where i got smooth checkin . Cant believe that they dont even have proper ways to know that someone has booked a room.

Parking was not great, hard to get in and out, elevator was very slow. At check in, the person was on lunch and no one else to check us in. My husband went to ask him how much longer and he said 20 min., however he did come to check us in within 5 min. Room was okay, not anything fancy, but was clean.

The elevator takes a long time and the close door button doesn't work. The hotel breakfast was sub-par, the orange juice was watery, and the eggs were not good or fluffy. The restrooms in the lobby need a key card. I checked out and turned in my room keys to the front desk before 7 am and was still emailed to check out online. Lastly the alarm clock wasnt cleared and it went off at 6 am but I never set it to go off.
