The room was clean and well presented close to LAX My wife left a jacket behind rang the hotel on same day and a number occasions over the next two days for someone to check but each time was told to ring back eventually told to ring back five days after when the service manger would return to work can’t understand when room was serviced why the jacket was not located very disappointing

As we had told you no jacket was left at our hotel. It did take a few days to make sure what we were saying was correct and was not mislabeled to another room. I would also check the plane and the airport to see if it was left there

We chose this accommodation (Wingate by Wyndham LAX) for its proximity to the airport & reviews on the airport shuttle service were favorable. We were only in LA (overnight) for about 8 hours before taking an early morning interntional flight. Upon arriving at LAX and waiting for 20 minutes for the shuttle, we called and were advised to take an Uber as the shuttle had broken down. We took an Uber to the hotel at our own expense. Upon arriving we booked (via the hotel's front desk attendant) a taxi back to LAX for 4:00am. The hotel provides a taxi voucher for when the shuttle is not in service. We arrived in the lobby 10 minutes before our scheduled taxi pick up the next morning and there were two other guests waiting for taxis. The front desk attendant advised that the taxi service is dependant on availability and that if we were getting nervous about the wait, to take an Uber. After waiting 20 minutes we took an Uber back to LAX at our own expense. Furthermore, although the bed and toilet were clean, the carpet and most of the common areas in the hotel were dirty. A very unsatisfactory experience.

Have paid a lot more for worse places near LAX. Desipite being close to airport it was quite. Not if I’d walk the neighborhood at night though as no really great food options nearby. Perfect though if need overnight close to airport, provide airport shuttle as well

the hotel was run down. every towel I got had stains on it and I even noticed blood spot on the bed sheet.

Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid for a room for 3 adults (1 king with a sofa bed). but room was set up only for two. When I asked if I can get sheets and pillow for the sofa bed the receptionist told me NO!!!! There were only two towels in the bathroom and when we asked for one more the receptionist refused to give us a towel too.
