I didn't like that my room was not clean. I called and asked a about the cleaning and I was told cleaning was only done every 3 days. I wish this information was giving at checking.

Good hotel. Pillows were terrible, beds were good, very clean room, good strong shower, hot water was limited but not cold, parking is tight but safe and clean, breakfast is standard but good (waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, yogurt, and more). I would give it 8/10 for the price I paid ($200/night). Elevator can be an issue too, from 7:00am-10:00pm I was always waiting for the elevator.

The front desk staff and cleaning crew was amazing. Super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and stocked. Didn’t go to the pool. The hotel could use some work in terms of appearance to the rooms and amenities but overall, decent. Parking is ok. Lots of vending machines and snack options. The area surrounding isn’t the nicest but inside the hotel is not a problem.

The staff was accommodating and professional. No complaints there. The room simply did not meet our expectations. There was an "old" smell when entering the room. Also the room layout is awkward and the hot tub was not inviting. While the flooring was updated to vinyl planks they left the carpet around the baseboards which looked unprofessionally done, lazy workmanship. For what we paid for the two night stay, I'd expect more but I guess that's LA pricing. $10/night for parking and the convenience getting to SoFi Stadium were perks. But overall the property doesn't turn 1st time guest into Best Western fans.
