I left my jacket there and Called at 7 to report the missing jacket. said yes they do. I said ok I’ll go get it in 5 days after my trip. I asked the lady’s name, but forgot to write it down. I come back and ask the manager for my jacket that I left. He told me no, housekeeping didnt leave me anything, you’ll have to come back tomorrow morning. I live 3 hours away from lax motel 6. I go back to my car empty handed and my wife is pissed at this point because we know they have the jacket. So we go back in and talk to the manager again, he says I already told you, he has to come back and housekeeping didn’t leave me anything.. we said do you not have access to the lost and found.. then he said well ya I do.. I was under the assumption that maybe the it was locked up.. no.. we told him then why can’t you go look. He asked who I talked to and I told him I don’t recall the name.. who would 5 days later.. I called while I was busy in the airport He kept asking .. very condescending.. and every time I told him I don’t remember.. he has a smug look on his face as if he thought I was lying or something.. I then told him I have a picture of me wearing the jacket.. he can use that.. he reluctantly agreed.. He finally he gave it to me. It was a $200 jacket.. I don’t normally write reviews even if the hotel is dirty of anything.. but whe I get such terrible service and they blatantly lie or act negligent, I feel obligated to. I NEVER stay at motel 6. I will not be going back ever.

From the moment you walk in, there’s a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. The customer service isn’t terrible, but the staff definitely aren’t friendly. The rooms smell awful — a mix of mildew and something stale. The room I was transferred to had the same odor. Overall, the property is extremely dirty and clearly in need of major renovations and customer service training.

Staff wouldnt let me in at 2 i had to wait till 3 o'clock, they are very polite, hotel is clean , pool was so cold but my body was so hot it was 27 outside

The male clerk who checked us in at night, he was very friendly, nice, helpful, and quick. The day staff was ok. We had called from our room, my boyfriend spoke to a female, and asked if we could use a printer to print a paper out. She said yes, to just come down with it so she can get it done. I came down, a male called me up and told me they won’t print for me because it’s staff only usage. I didn’t complain or anything. But, I really needed my paper printed, and I do not like when staff can’t agree on one thing. Aside from that, the room was alright. Seemed clean. AC honestly sucked, and the room was not well ventilated. Every 5-15 minuets the AC would make the loudest rumbling noise for 3-5 mins and it was annoying. The TV was set at a certain volume that we couldn’t change, which was annoying. Just in all, it looked like the landlord special in the room, but you can tell the maids/cleaners do a well job. Also, $25 for an hour late check out is a disgrace. I live in Las Vegas and have never heard of something so ridiculous.
