I have a teenager daughter and her friend arriving at the hotel which I book and be turned around because they aren’t 21 years old! I never knew or was informed that this hotels is only for adults. Was very disappointed that the Cambrian hotel wasn’t helpful to them in order to find or guide them to another location nearby and avoided the stress and frustration. They went in order to go to the Universal Studios and the hotel should be kind enough to help them find another staying. I definitely won’t book with Cambria in the future and for the Expedia, you should send an alert or ask for DOB when booking for a hotel.

Very comfortable and clean. The staff is great. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was less than a 10 minute Uber ride over to the airport.

Nice, comfortable clean place. However, the lady at the reception during check in was not very customer oriented. Told us there wasn’t availability for a king bed room and just said “if you don’t want another room, then cancel your reservation” Really? On check in night? Plus it was about 1am.

Clean room and friendly staff. On the day that I had to check out their wasn’t a trolly or baggage cart available since they only have 3. Other guest and myself had to make multiple trips to bring our luggage down. This was very inconvenient but the rest of my stay was relaxing and ok.
