Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative I would say would be their parking situation. To park on site you have to use a valet service. You can park your car out on the street but it is not hotel parking.

The room was nice and big, easy to get to. Linens were clean and everything worked fine. Staff was pleasant. However the “hot” breakfast was cold and lacking a few basic breakfast items. Wasn’t aware of mandatory valet parking at $31 a night.. but whatever.. if needed though, we would stay again.

The staff was very accommodating. We had booked 2 separate nights, as we decided to extend our stay for another night, but we couldn't modify the first booking. When we checked in for our first night, I asked if it's possible to have the same room for our second booking so we didn't have to pack our stuff up and move to another room. The staff was absolutely helpful and accommodated our request eventhough it was last minute and on New Year's Eve. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

We were there to see family and truly had a wonderful stay. The front desk team and kitchen staff were amazing. We felt pampered. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was full of choices and we loved the cookies!!!! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay again.
