Our family of 7 had a great single night stay at the Comfort Inn Santa Monica. Check it was smooth and easy- great customer service. Our room was clean and spacious- had plenty of towels for us to use, the beds were so comfortable. One of our rooms faced the main street so it was a bit loud during functioning hours from the city, but at night while sleeping it was not a problem at all. Breakfast was good- a lot to offer, but it went quick & there was a single person trying to refill and replenish everything. Its is a lot for one person to maintain and the room was small with one exit. Area around the building felt safe and there is a Carls Junior right next door. All in all would stay here again!

The breakfast menu was limited in the parking was safe. One of the men at the front desk was less than friendly. However, the younger gentleman more than made up for the older gentleman's lack of personable and polite interaction.
