Room was extremely small. It could barely fit 2 Queen Size beds. Staff was not very friendly when checking in. It felt like the person was just going through the motions and was not very interested in our comfort. The elevator was so small, almost gave me claustrophobic vibes. Was not expecting that we would have to pay 10 dollars for parking. Had I known upfront I would have booked elsewhere.

I always enjoy staying there, the staff is very polite, friendly, the hotel is quiet, safe, good breakfast, they have the best apple juice. It’s in the center of everything. Close the beach, 3rd street promenade and train station.

Very nice, clean and quiet. I liked the courtyard area. The breakfast was good, especially the fresh baked goods on the weekend. Staff was polite and helpful. We stay here at least 3 times a year and head to Santa Monica Beach. Hotel is amazing, staff is great and the strawberry waffles at breakfast are a hit for our daughter! Thank you and see you again soon
