Line up to register. The attitude or lack of one with the security guard, The none appearance of anyone while we wanted to check out and head to a hospital for surgery. Waited and waited and waited and finally left a note to check out. Guard told me she was making coffee and left her phone on the desk and he couldn't reach her even if she had it??? Pathetic. Parking folks great

When approaching the desk the receptionist was on the phone with what seemed like a personal call. She was complaining to someone about her schedule. She wasn't very nice at first. There is also a $75 hold per night that you stay with them which for us totaled out to be $150 in total. That, on top of the extra $240 for parking was more than my credit card could handle. Our room was clean but did not have any trashliners in any of the trashbins which felt and looked very unsanitary to me. There was noone keeping up on the pool towel laundry and we had to request for more towels to be brought up. There was valet parking available on site however it was an added charge that I was not expecting. I didn't see the cost of the parking on their website otherwise I would have made other arrangements for parking as my room had 2 vehicles. Overall I felt like the employees were not satisfied with their jobs and liked to complain a lot. The gentleman who helped me with checking out was the only person who was friendly and he was the only person who seemed to be understanding of my financial situation as there were a lot of unexpected expenses that came with booking this property.

This hotel is closely located to Santa Monica pier, third street promenade and a variety of dining options. We had a room the faced the metro so while we could definitely hear the passing trains it wasn’t a huge issue. But we could clearly hear the guests in the hallway. The kids running around on the floor above us and the worst was there was an adjoining room next to us where we could hear every sneeze and conversation and tv blaring. Otherwise breakfast was your typical hotel chain selection. The pool was sad and tiny so don’t book if that’s part of what you want. If the price works for you the location is easy but we mostly needed a last minute hotel and I wouldn’t necessarily choose this one again given there are so many options in the area

From about 3AM-until we checked out all we heard was running or furniture moving above us. It was loud and not worth our 1 night stay. Not the hotel if you’re looking for a quiet calm family environment.

As you approach a venue, the doors may intermittently open and close, creating a sense of uncertainty and discomfort, as if your presence is being acknowledged only in passing. Additionally, the imposition of a $60 parking fee can add an unwelcome financial burden, especially after a long day that necessitates a period of relaxation and recuperation. These factors can detract from the anticipated reprieve one seeks at the end of a demanding day, transforming what should be a moment of rest into an experience fraught with stress and distraction. In such circumstances, it becomes imperative to address not only personal needs for relaxation but also the broader context in which these daily challenges occur.
