Onr Night Stay

Easy location to access the Ontario Airport was my priority. They provided a Lyft for my transportation. Not the hotel's fault but a motorcycle racing by three times at 1 a.m. was annoying. A very pleasant stay...I will probably do it again!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I had to order some flowers for a commencement happening one day after my arrival, and the staff was able to receive the flowers at the front desk and kept them fresh. A complimentary breakfast is always a bonus. One drawback with my stay was that there was no blanket for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. We were very clear that we had three guests in the room and therefore one of us would need to sleep on the sofa bed. However the hotel RAN OUT of blankets and apparently this blanket shortage is a known issue. So I'm not too thrilled about management. But the staff were helpful by giving us extra sheets as blankets.
