1. ​Inaccurate Location: The listed address is incorrect and directs guests to an abandoned building, causing significant frustration upon arrival. ​ 2. HVAC & Maintenance Failures: Our A/C and heating were non-functional for the duration of our stay. Despite reporting this on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the issue was never resolved. ​ 3. Communication Gaps: Our room phone was disconnected upon arrival. We attempted to call from our personal devices multiple times with no answer, and our in-person requests at the front desk were largely ignored. ​ 4. Lack of Resolution: On Saturday night, when the room became freezing, maintenance confirmed the heater was broken. We were offered no solutions—no portable heater, no extra blankets, and no room change. ​ 5. Safety Hazards: We discovered broken glass on the stairs and walkways surrounding our building, which remained uncleaned during our stay. 6. ​Inadequate Service: Breakfast was consistently depleted long before the end of service hours, and the property appeared severely understaffed to handle the guest volume.

I stayed here for just a night because I had a 6 am flight. Cool setup with the buildings that made for a nice environment and privacy. Very nice rooms at a very decent price. Close enough to the Ontario Airport for a verity cheap Uber. Friendly staff as well. I recommend.

We have stayed here before and liked it. But this time I was alittle surprised at the outside of all the buildings had trash bags and trash on the ground. It looked unkempt. Also the couch in our room was torn. Honestly I was just alittle surprised. Other than that we had a good night sleep. Quite and very friendly staff.
