We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport. Our family of four came for my daughter’s cheer competition, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the hotel and our room were spotless, and the food was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again!

The doors SLAM loudly every time someone comes in/out on the whole hall- extremely disrupted sleep. Which SUCKS when staying to catch an early flight the next morning. ALSO $18 to park the car in ADDITION to the rate of the room??? When parking is AMPLE??? Wild. Also check in was SLOWWWWWWW.

It’s started with the check in process. On holiday weekend and when the hotel was hosting a huge convention, they only had two people at the front desk. It took almost 40 min to check in and after a long flight, that’s the last thing one needs. Hotel is old, the front lobby smells bad, the elevators smell. Once we got to our room, the beds are old and uncomfortable. The tv did not work properly. We were there 5 nights and I wish we could have switched hotels after the first night, unfortunately we had already paid for the full stay. I won’t be staying here again.
