I gave this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues that kept it from being perfect. Housekeeping forgot to leave extra toilet paper, and we were left with less than half a roll. The carpet in room 303 had a sticky red spot near the desk, which was unpleasant to step on. Additionally, we only had two sets of towels for four guests, which was inconvenient. Despite these minor setbacks, the rest of the stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly. With a bit more attention to detail, this could have easily been a 5-star experience.

The in room safe did not work and shower would work one day and then not work the next day. When we walked out of the elevator to our floor, there was a smell. The lotion dispenser in the restroom was out. It's safe to say we will not return to this hotel.
