Shuttle was a bit slow. At check in I was charged $50 for early check in. Was only 2 hours before standard check in and the room was already cleaned. This was disappointing. Embassy Suites is my go to hotel when available.

adequate for airport hotel. room had to get sheets change because had blood on them, breakfast awesome and airport shuttle helpful. overall good choice if only for a couple of nights

Hotel is beautiful, clean room, nice breakfast, however, the shuttle service to the airport was NOT reliable. We were told to be at the lobby 10mins before the designated time of departure. We arrived at the lobby early but told us the shuttle already left and had to wait for the next one! The shuttle time on the website totally different what they have posted at the lobby. And also the bill wasn't correct, they charged us $50 , 3 times for early check in! Glad we checked our receipt and they corrected the charges before we left.

No business center. I needed to print luggage tags but they had no computer and only 1 printer to use. A QR code was used to identify my self but I needed to send 6 separate emails to complete the task and could not print 6 at once

Workers are very personable. I arrived early and they made it possible for me to have breakfast. They changed my room to allow for early check in and a upgrade. The only complaint is my shower leaked and even worse after I took a shower. There was also no one available when I checked out, but it was 4:20 am.

The only thing that was a pain was the door in room 140 was very heavy and hard to open. Also I didn’t know first floor had no windows. Ill be sure to ask for second floor next time.
