Airport shuttle great, general customer service great, surrounding food options great. Property a bit rundown, stayed in level 1 room, could hear guests moving around most of the night and early in the morning as soundproofing was poor in older building.

Do not book a room here. They constantly over book this hotel. If you arrival time is later in the night, we arrived at 2am,which we advised when booking. When we arrived we were told they had over booked the hotel and there were no rooms available. The staff member told us they do this all the time. He managed to find us a room which was much smaller than we booked. When we got to our room the air conditioner had a fault code and didn't work and the room was very smelly and run down. The floor creaked constantly as we walked and the shower was very noisy and very low pressure. The bath towels were no bigger than the bath mat on the floor.I think he gave us a room that was not meant to be used just to shut us up. Do not book here as you booking means nothing. After flying for 6 hours arriving at 2am avoid the disappointment.

There was a constant loud dripping sound all night long that made it impossible to sleep. Then at 6 am the alarm went off (I hadn't set it). At check out they apologised and said they would give me a discount and send me an email. They never did. The breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was super nice as we had a lot of luggage. The only complaint is that it was quite hard to find our room as there were so many elevators around the facility, so extra information from the reception would be much appreciated in the future.

A great location, close to the airport and plenty of choices for dining within walking distance. Perfect place to stay for a night between flights. I loved the gym and pool too👌
