Seemed to be a very safe location. I didn’t use them but it looked as though they had several shuttles running to and from the airport. Grocery store and many options for food within walking distance. On sight laundry if convenient but pricey if you have a long stay and minimal luggage like I did. Laundry and ice machine both located on the top floor. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again.

There is a lot to eat in walking distance from this hotel. it's also very close to the airport. good breakfast options in the morning.

Very nice to have the eateries and grocery store in the very near area and including safe walking even in the evening it seems. It was terrible to freeze all night and no one picking up at the desk even though I called twice to ask for help with that. I had to sleep in my down jacket and use a large pillow as a cover for the lower half of my body! Believe me, I’m not a sissy when it comes to cold… I live in Wisconsin and have never had an issue with cold accommodations. The next day, after talking to the front desk, they walked a portable heater into the room… Seems like there is no way to turn off the blasting AC because it’s running in spite of the heater they brought in. That was kind and it made all the difference. They also were willing to accommodate price change as a result of the bad night. The lady at the desk and the other staff were lovely.

It was very convenient to the airport. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Our room was very loud from the traffic. We would definitely stay there again, but ask for a room on the backside of the building.

Overall this hotel is okay. Convenient to LAX, but definitely not anything more than place to sleep before your flight. The street noise all night long is very loud. They have a very strict policy about not allowing any check ins before 3pm. So when we arrived at 2:50 the lobby was overflowing with people and luggage waiting to check in. This is no frills.
