The place has a beautiful patio area. The room appeared clean and spacious and close to many restaurants (In & Out) and grocery store. Now the issues AC was not working left for a while came back and AC was still not working. When we walked in, we asked if the AC was working they answered, “yes, it should be working”. Needless to say it was hot and it still not working. The same problem with my brother in laws room.

We arrived at 10 am after being on a cruise and we were able to check into our room early. We used the pool and had lunch in the courtyard. Our room was very comfortable. We attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and flew home the next morning. The breakfast was really good and the shuttle to the airport excellent. Staff was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Fairfield Inn at LAX. The in-room temperature control was not working properly, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were far from friendly and came across as rather impersonal. The bathroom facilities were outdated and did not feel clean. Additionally, the pathway from the lobby to the guest rooms was confusing and poorly laid out. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Airport hotels are a sham. They ask for a price, but the parking fees are high. Just hit us with the who amout up front. Expedia stated the check in time, but no the hotel had an hour later, that itself, very uncomfortable.

Lovely friendly staff who all were so welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great bed and some of the best pillows we’ve experienced in a hotel. Located near a supermarket and coffee shops makes it easy to grab essentials. Breakfast buffet was good but not high quality.

I tried to call hotel prior to arriving to get information about early check in and parking. Every time I called a person would answer and literally hang up on me. Then I emailed the hotel and I never got an answer back. Upon Arriving early , I was told my room was ready but that I couldn't check in until 4, it was 11:30. If I wanted my room , I could pay an additional $46. The parking was an additional $55, even though on hotels.com.It says it's free. They informed me that all third party reservations were wrong. The Check-in was rude and unwilling to work with me at all.I would not suggesting at this hotel.
