Close to public transport. No issues with cleanliness. Plenty of Restaurants walking distance. Only missed out on 5 stars as some of the power outlets and USB were not working so couldnt charge multiple devices at once

The neighbors Nextdoor were loud and yelling around 2am. The walls are too thin where you can hear everything Nextdoor that’s going on. There were ants on the floors and the customer service there is terrible !

The online check in was meaningless. Had to go through everything again at the front desk. The room was dirty, bubbled paint, grimy corners, trash in the safe. Hallway reeked of pot. Shuttle was quite late and jammed with people and bags and the driver had no desire to assist folks with luggage. All in all 2/5

This property was a good option for my layover while in LA. I did not stay for very long to enjoy the amenities, etc. I slept well during the time I had and the shuttle service was efficient. One thing I didn’t realize is that this property is a motel style and my room was upstairs, I had to carry my bag up the stairs and there are other steps before getting to the room as well. These things aside, it was a good and convenient option.

Stranded in Los Angeles

We were headed to Hawaii. Halfway there across the ocean, the airplane had to turn around. We couldn’t get out till the next day. It was 10 pm at night when we were searching for a hotel. This was perfect right by the airport, I had airport shuttle.
