The manager and day time staff were professional and attentive to request. The inside of the rooms need some work. Air conditions vents need changing or upgrading, hole in the bathroom wall behind toilet, new telephones, the telephone did not work after I requested twice to have someone fix it, the inside stair case had not been cleaned it was sand or saw dust, but had not been vacuumed . Evening Staff (Javone) HORRIBILE!! unprofessional dressed, after making him aware of my room not being cleaned nor having clean towels, he said he wasn't sure what they do on day shift because he works night shift, but I could come get some towels... I would only recommend this place if you are on a tight budget and can't afford anything else, but if you can don't bother with it.

Nice quiet clean room. Didnt hear anyone else on my floor besides the occasional door shutting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and they were kind enough to get me into my room asap. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night with our young children on our way to Australia (and another night on our way back) and had a whole day to find something to do. Since we had the little kids, and no car seats, we were limited to buses for transport. There isnt much close by. Surrounding the hotel is restaurants and gas stations...and a Ralphs grocery. our first stay was 'fine'. it was close to the airport with a free shuttle. That was convenient. There was nothing to do, the property itself is a car park, no where for kids to play. The floors in our rooms were not clean. Our feet were black from walking from the front of the room to the back. The strike plate on the door of the room was falling off. We managed to latch it but it was loose and flimsy. We requested pillows and blanket and we got them hours later. Our second night on our way back through was in a 'new' room. It was across the street from the main part of the hotel. We had no phone in our room and when we tried to call from our cell it wouldnt go through. There were no curtains on the window, only a blind which let in a lot of light from the bright lamps left on ALL night. So it looked like morning time all night long...i know cos i couldnt sleep. Ppl moved in above us at 11pm and stomped around all night until we left at 6am. We didnt receive the pillows we requested. It was awful after a long day of international travel. Reception girl didnt seem to care about any of this but nonchalantly apologized.
