I was very disappointed. We were in town for an event and needed a room for 1 night. The first room we were put in smelled like Marijuana really bad and the floors had piles of dirt. The lobby clerk quickly apologized and moved us to a different room that was much cleaner. However, after getting to the new room we found there was no shower curtain or blow dryer. And the bathroom floor had small pools of water. One elevator was broken and the other sounded like it wasnt gonna last much longer either. The hotel in general seemed to need better house keeping staff and some upgrades. The lobby staff however were vwry friendly. It worked for a quick 1 night stay but we will not be going back.

1. The room are not clean. 2. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink both clogged. 3. Bathroom didn't had lights. 4. No proper utensils. Utensils were dirty. 5. Passage was full of cigarette smell. 6. Breakfast is not avaliable even at 7 am. I need full refund for the stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay.

There was an empty bottle of liquor when we arrived under the bed. There was never any attendance of the room to exchange towels or ask for more toilet paper. Breakfast was a disappointment but the coffee was okay. The elevator …old…people front desk Good service

Rooms had unpleasant smell which looks like a haunted place. Booked this hotel for kitchen. Hotel staff provided rusted and teflon coat removed vessels as if they are giving it for free/ courtesy.

I feel The floor was not swept nor mopped! I had a large amount of dog hair on the soles of our slippers and socks. Other than the floor the room was clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact that I can cook my meals and not have to eat out and spend more money than necessary! We will be back! We enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel smells mariquana upon entering into the lobby. Customer service is very poor. I was standing at the front desk and have inquiry and then the front liner responded to me without showing her face and just answered my questions without seeing her. The place is convenient and close to everything that we needed but it’s not pleasant and not recommendable.
