We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the quality of our recent stay at your hotel. During our entire 3-day visit, there was no access to hot water, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable—especially given the cold weather and the fact that we were traveling with our two young daughters. This issue significantly impacted our limited time in Los Angeles and turned what should have been an enjoyable trip into a very unpleasant experience.

Enjoyable

Had to book on a whim, and the staff was very courteous. Security was awesome, they made sure our car was safe when someone took our registered spot. Parking in $35 bucks a night and I recommend it. the area isnt great. Hotel is though

We arrived at the hotel to find a cockroach on our way to our room. We walked into our room to smell of mold. There was dirt all around the shower floor and the room floor had not been vacuumed. We discovered that the shower was clogged and slowly draining. The next day when maintenance came to "fix" it, they only made it worse, leaving the shower full of dirty brown water all day. When we had asked earlier if it was fixed, they had no information. They switched us to a new room after complaining again. I was told I would receive a partial refund for the first day, and have yet to be compensated.

The carpet in the room is so dirty with black spots. The water fountain at hallway was not working from the day we check in and 5 days later still not working.

Stan, the manager took a $150.00 deposit for one night stay Jan 1thru Jan 2 and kept $22.00 for parking. It is now Jan 7 and they HAVE NOT returned $128.00 to my credit card. Vet Poor Business Practice.

Great stay except……

Everything was good except for parking and the street noise was outrageous in our room! We should have asked to move but my husband was too tired to move all our stuff. Parking garage was full so we parked on the street then we were afraid to move our car because there was no where to park. The staff were very nice, accommodating which made our stay wonderful!
