I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my families recent stay at your hotel. During our visit, my cousin woke up to find ants crawling all over him due to a severe ant infestation in the room. This was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable for any guest to experience.
While your staff did move them to another room, the way the situation was handled afterward was even more disappointing. When I addressed the issue of being charged for a night in which they had to endure an ant infestation, the front desk attendant (Monica or Maria) very rudely dismissed the concern, stating—and I quote—“we all have an ant problem.” Not only was this an unprofessional and insensitive response, but it also demonstrated a complete lack of care for guest comfort and safety.
This experience has left me with no confidence in your hotel’s standards of cleanliness or customer service. I will not have my family stay here again when they visit, nor will I recommend your property to anyone.
I strongly encourage you to address both the pest control issues and the customer service training of your staff. Guests deserve respect and a clean, safe environment when staying at a hotel.
