Upon check in, the staff was friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do regarding valet parking and checking into the room. Everyone was professional and the service was amazing. The place is clean and smells nice. There’s no signs of infestation or strange odor. The staff was quick with their valet services and kept the vehicle safe during our stay. When we returned to the hotel around 1am, there was clear instructions on how to go about leaving the vehicle when the valet parking attendant isn’t present. The only minor inconvenience exiting the place because it’s right next to the main road with a turning light just north of the hotel during traffic hours, but it’s still something that’s manageable and can easily be handled. The water pressure of the bathroom was good. Strong toilet pressure and decent shower water pressure. I would 10/10 stay again

Amazing hotel. The room was pleasant on the eyes. Loved the shower. The outdoor pool and hot tub was relaxing. Would definitely visit again.

Resort fee of $40 a night? In Burbank? Puleeeze! (it included 2 bottles of water, which never appeared) Overpriced.
