This property was a great place to stay. The place was spotless and the gated parking was nice. There were plenty of beds and the host was very communicative. The location was great for attractions in and around LA. It was pretty quiet except for New Year's Eve but that is expected :)

From time of booking and throughout our stay at this gorgeous villa, communication with Nellie was excellent. We loved her place and had all the comforts of home. Close to shops and liquor store and also close to the Intuit Dome where we had a fantastic night watching the game. Definitely recommend this place for a couple or family.

Girl”s Trip

Traveled with mother in law and daughter for high school graduation trip. Central location to LA tourist areas and beaches. Easy highway access. Grocery stores are close by. Stocked kitchen for cooking and keurig. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. Quiet area with gated designated parking. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood. Loved the fenced parking. Only thing i did not like was there was no tv in the master bedroom and no AC in the master bedroom. If it would have been really hot out this would have been a problem but since the weather was nice slept with the windows open.

3 nights stay with family with teenagers

Nice home with all the necessary items. We, family with teenagers, enjoyed the stay. During our stay we visited Universal Studios, which in the morning took around an hour, due to rush hour traffic, and back in the evening just 25 min.
