It was an interesting stay. It was a long long wait to get a hold of the hotel staff on the phone before we arrived to update we will arrive late. Friendly and awesome staff checked us in. We needed to warmup our food but Microwave was broken, we called and was told no technician was available until next day. There were no beddings for the Sofa Bed. We were told they did not have anymore to give. No extra towels or sheets in the room. However they gave us a Sheet. The sofa had stains and looked dirty. It does take a while when you call about extra towels or house keeping before they get to you. We were NOT aware of this but Be advised that aside from how much you paid to book, this hotel charges Every Day Destination Amenity Fee $34 and Transient Occupancy Tax $5.44. If you self Park in their Garage that is $55 a day plus Parking Tax $5.50. That was a surprise to us. The hallway smell...we couldn't figure out the smell if it was weed or something else but it was very masking.
It wasn't a terrible stay overall but they can definitely make some improvements especially for how much we paid for 3 nights. We expected a little better.
