Pro: The price is affordable, its safe, nice neighborhood, free parking, nice customer service, considered clean. Const: shared bathroom, noisy as you can hear traffics, the bed and chair is very basic and not comfy. Shared heather/AC. Recommendations: Upgrade window with dual pane to reduce noise, buy better mattress and chair.
