The area around the property was nice and kept. The staff were very professional. Shuttle service was great. It's just whereever you went (elevator, hallways, hotel lobby), there was this strong odor.....cleaning I'm not sure, but was the biggest turn off for me.

How long does it take for a shift change? I waited 20 minutes to check in and was never notified when it was done so I can check until I noticed the employees talking to each other and joking around. So seeing that I got up to ask if I can check in. If I wouldn’t who knows how long I would have waited. Then in the room, the tv didn’t work. I always stay here when I go to California and there is never an issue until last night.

Beautiful landscape and Beautiful pool!! We had the free breakfast and it was spot on, everything fresh with great coffee.The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we fly out of Ontario. Check out was 12:00 plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine and the pool.

This area U.S. dangerous and flooded with drug addicts and homeless and an easy mark for tourists. I booked this hotel on accident and called immediately to let them know I meant to book the inn on haven; they referred me to Expedia which could not help me hecuzse instead of releasing the booking they checked us in and we will have to wait 72 hours for a reply before having any money returned and we booked for 2 nights. How do you check in someone who isn’t even there when your policy says you have until 5 am to check in and you called ahead to let them know you goofed within seconds of booking in error and spent 1.5 hours on hold trying to remedy sla situation you (the hotelier) made worse deliberately. Crack motels be crack motels.
