Thar Paradise Inn is the best motel in the city of Montebello by far. This is where you want to be if you want to enjoy yourself. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. I’ve got my room you better get yours. See you there.

Rude Front Desk Woman

The young woman who checked me in was friendly at first, but things quickly changed. When I got to my room, the TV wasn’t working. I went back to the front desk to let her know, but she was very rude and simply told me the manager wasn’t there and that she couldn’t help me. On the second day, I went back to the front desk again, hoping for a solution, but she gave me the exact same response—no manager, no help. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional both times. It was extremely frustrating to feel like no one cared to resolve the issue.

It’s was good for the pricing I just didn’t like how the towels they provided were dirty they had old stains on them. I would stay again just bring my own towels. Oh and they didn’t have an iron either .

Decent accommodations at an affordable price

Simple, but modern interior. Bath outdated. Mostly clean (some hairs, a couple of discolorations - but decent enough overall). Microwave & mini fridge (❤️ that!). The soap samples were not great smelling, so i didnt use them. The only real pet peeve i had was: water pressure in the shower (head) BAD. Mostly teeny tiny sprinkles. To get soap out of my hair i had to kneel in tub and wash it out under the bathtub faucet (im disabled after accident, really hard for me to do)... And at check-in there was also a problem: My son checked me in (im disabled since my accident). When I got out of car with my service dog, my son was called into office, and was told i cannot stay (no pets). And no refund of already paid room. I had to "crawl" (hurting after a long day) into their office and explain he is a workingbanimal, not a pet. After that everything was friendly. Side note: very basic cable - hard to maneuver (I didnt care much about TV, so i read a book.)

Nice, inexpensive place to stay

I travel frequently, and Paradise Inn is the best economy motel I've found. I've stayed there twice. Each room was clean, A/C worked, bed was comfortable, water was hot, toilet flushed, shower drained properly, TV worked, fridge was cold, well-lit, and the microwave worked. Parking is free and well-lit. The building and hallways are also clean and well-lit. I believe that the friendly and accommodating front desk staff are the owners, and they take pride in the property. Easy access to the I-5 and I-605 freeways. Paradise Inn is the best motel you will find at this price point. I just booked another stay.

You have to come to the Paradise Inn it’s the best motel in Whitte, Pico Rivera and Montrbello. The rooms are so clean, and I love the staff they are amazing.

If necessary, I would stay again.

Challenges: (1) Stairs: Steps are a little steep when you have your hands full, but I understand the construction is necessary. (2) The door to the room did not close all the way without help. This did make for doors not slamming. (3) Noise level was higher than I am accustomed to. You could hear trucks passing by. The room did not shake, though. I had earplugs and had no issues. (4) The toilet kept shifting when we would sit and stand, minor issue. (5) No hair dryer. I did not bother reading amenities and such. Impressive features: (1) The room was practically spotless. (2) The electronic charging capabilities outnumber my whole house. (3) The room was spacious. (4) The microwave and refrigerator were convenient. (5) The number of available lights made the room so bright. The best lights were the ones that lined the bottom of the bed. When the room was dark, and you needed to use the restroom, the bottom of the bed would light up if you step off the bed. That was my favorite part of the room. (6) Check-in was easy, and the attendant was friendly. (7) There were cameras everywhere, giving us the sense of security. (8) Only one entrance to the parking lot makes for more security. Neutral: (1) The bed is extra firm. I could not feel any movement on the bed. (2) Pillows were shallow and did not hold form too much. I work for a company that owns hotels, and I am not accustomed to motels. However, I was impressed with the value we received from Paradise Inn.
