The house is in a fantastic location! Very nice, safe area. Quiet, beautiful property and great communication with the owner/property manager. The kitchen had everything needed for a group of nine, easily. The home was supper clean and ready for us to stay in. The area was very quiet in a pleasant neighborhood. The only drawback to this location were the steps but they were only a slight problem. The youngest, 4 years old, and the oldest, 81 years old had some difficulty navigating the stairs. But once inside everything was great. This was so much better than staying at a hotel. Very much like staying at a resort, without the crowd. Access to and from Universal Studios was amazing, less that ten minutes. The beds were very comfortable and even the pillows were great. Plenty of room to hang out and visit with the family inside and on the patio. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with this many people in the group. Check-in and check-out were easy and much appreciated. Thank you to Ann for being just a message away.

This was a great location for our family to stay for our whirlwind Universal Studios/California road trip! Everyone had a place to sleep, the oldest teen had his own basement cave to inhabit in the evenings, and our dog was quite comfortable in the home and the small yard with *lots* of trees and plants to sniff!

Overall house was in a great location. We stayed there 2 years ago. Since then house has dated. It is in need of a deep clean. Kitchen utensil drawers need cleaned. Baseboards wiped and appliances need wiped down. Backyard furniture is filthy. Beds are not comfortable. Probably will not come back to this house.
