First off, we waited nearly an hour for the shuttle, even with several of other guests and myself called several times. He was very unapologetic as well!! Secondly upon entering our 2 bedroom suite my daughter killed 3 roaches in her bathroom!! I’ve never experienced anything like this and don’t usually write reviews, but this was all unacceptable!

This was the second time staying here, first time, great! Second time, horrible!. Room was clean, except for the pullout bed, dirty.. also be careful where you park, our car got broken into, luggage stolen. While they have security standing around.
