Pros: Easy access to working elevators and clean dining area for breakfast. Room had pots, pans, dishes, and silverware in the cupboards. Finding available parking was easy (but had to be paid per night) and I felt safe in the area. Cons: Some areas of the room missed cleaning prior to our check-in, example: fruit loop in the shelf of the ottoman or high-touch areas such as light switches and door handles not wiped down. Laundry driers did not dry clothes after one cycle of 'normal dry' and needed another dry cycle.

They made it very clear that they do not welcome Expedia or other "Third Party" bookings. The room was small and when I asked to change because of noise I was told maybe the noisy people next door would leave that day and if I didn't like the noisy refrigerator I could unplug it. I was told that although there were plenty of other rooms available, since Expedia only paid for the lowest level room they were unable to move me.

Do to a system breakdown we were unable to check into our room for several hours after traveling all day with minor children. Our plans for the day were ruined. They offered no amenities while we waited, the staff did not engage or update us when the system came back up and guest just coming through the door were able to check in prior to us. I approached one of the managers about my concerns requesting information on next steps and asked if they had a backup manual system, he was unapologetic and dismissive with how he handled our complaints and concerns

I paid for two nights and then last minute I booked another one and they wouldnt let my $150 deposit rollover so now I have $300 of my money in limbo. Although a few of the staff were polite, a few more had a slightly bad attitude and were not very ww to help my sotuation

Close to airport, contacted the property prior to arrival regarding shuttle bus but recieved no reply, five minute uber ride cost 33 usd. Another 30 usd for the trip back as the shuttle does not start until 6 am . This property is expensive

Room was clean, staff wasn't very friendly. And the room i jad originally booked i did not get. I got a smaller room and was not made aware and was still charged the same price.
