Our stay was very comfortable and close to family we were visiting for the holidays. The house is nicely remodeled and furnished. Everything was in good working order, clean, organized and convenient. We were there during heavy rains (appreiated the umbrellas!) so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas other than the BBQ. We did like the gated privacy and inside the house was very quiet. We're familiar with the area and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, to the Cafe at Penmar Golf Course and the easy access to Starbucks at Ralphs nearby. Very nice location!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was super easy to communicate with the owner even when he was in Australia. It was super close to family we were visiting and the convenience of parking was fabulous. We would stay again.
