The staff were amazing lots to do and they ensured that everyone felt welcome and engaged. They organized a variety of activities that catered to all interests, from arts and crafts to sports. Each day brought new opportunities to explore and learn, making the experience truly memorable. As a result, many guests formed lasting friendships and shared unforgettable moments. The enthusiasm of the staff made every event feel special and well-coordinated.

The staff was extremely not helpful. My 10 year old son and myself had to stay another night due to flights home, VIP desk says the hotel was full, in front of them , i booked a room with expedia. They dont care and made me cone back the next day to prove it to them.I had my clothes sent out to get dry cleaned. The clothes sat in the front desk for 5 hours with no calls as we sat in our room waiting. I even called them asking. 😡😡

We always love Dreams properties! Everyone is wonderful and we had a great time! Oscar in the preferred area of the beach was the best and made our stay that much better. The only thing that needs work is keeping up with the towel demand. A few times the towels for beach/pool area ran out so we just started hanging on to our towels just in case they were out again the next day. Overall, really great stay and everyone was great!

Fabulous service, lovely pools, comfy beds, lots of chaise loungers, good beverages, entertainment was not so great, food was good, rooms very large, air conditioning in middle of the night did not work… constant complains I made. Attempted to fix, but it never improved. Nights are rather boring as there is nothing to do except go to the disco with horrible music.

There was a group 14 of us. The rooms were great, they are so big and the beds are so comfy. The food was really good. We had great steak at Bordeaux, great pasta and risotto and Portofino, great ribs at Seaside Grill. The grill at the beach for lunch serves great burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, and nachos just to name a few. Two of have celiac disease so we have to eat gluten free. No problems at all. Playing beach volley ball, pickleball and yoga was also great! No complaints - it is a great resort!
