All staff was friendly and accommodating. Ala carte dinners were excellent. Buffet was so-so. Pools were excellent with exception of hot tubs which were not kept hot until closing at 7pm and jets didn't work.

Everything about this place was average. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t awful. It was truly the most average all-inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to, and you could tell it was budget friendly. The food was very average/not good and the dinner options were just strange environments and there are 2 options for wine - 1 red 1 white. The pools were very loud and crowded, but the waitstaff were good and attentive at least. The rooms are outdated and need some maintenance all around. When you arrive at the hotel, you’re also met with a team that try to sell you a time share within the first 10 minutes. Our concierge helped us get “reservations” for dinners, but then we were told at the restaurants there are no reservations. If you’re ballin on a budget, it’s not the worst option, but it’s definitely not the best!

Loved the Adults Only pool and the waitstaff was fantastic. Ayami our favorite restaurant for both Hibachi and sushi. A few negatives- super loud road behind the property that a lot of rooms back into. There were no chairs on our balcony nor any on the beach for “regular” guests, which seemed a little odd. The Expedia concierge Gabriel and Ivanna were super helpful!

Great stay, loved it!

My daughter (6yrs) and I had an excellent stay at the Krystal Grand. I used the shuttle service from the airport (budget $35USD each way, as not included.) Easy registration process, the room was great, not fancy, but clean, and was well taken care of daily. Initially had an issue with no hot water in the shower, but that was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. There is a main coastal road directly behind the resort, so there is some traffic noise, but if you have some white noise or earplugs, no problem. We had the all inclusive package, and the food was very consistently good, at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. A couple of theme nights with entertainment (music and dancers). The kids club was great for my daughter to have play time with other kids, and to give daddy a bit of a break! Awesome staff here too! The pool areas were great, clean and reasonable access to the lounge chairs (only a few travellers leaving stuff on them and never using them!) The two main all-access pools weren't too crowded, and an Adults only pool area separated by a short walk through a breezeway. Dont miss the rooftop adults only skybar Great service from bar and wait staff, who're always close by, friendly and generous. Beautiful, clean beach with a vendor only once in a while...not overwhelming. Almost no-one ocean swimming as Cabo has reputation for riptides. Its a miles long open beach with a shore break, once you were past the break, you can swim comfortably waist to chest deep.

Always go back to Krystal the staff is so helpful...and w kids the swim area is great. I recommend it to everyone and will be back next year ...only downfall was it seems the buffet was better last year ...no sausages for breakfast 2 days in a row...no bacon a few times ...cottage cheese was only available a couple times ...the wait time for omelet and sometimes to get in to eat was abit of a wait. The gym facility needs abit of attention more room would be great .. sometimes10 people is to much

Short stay at Krystal Grand

Check in and out was very fast. Our expedia rep- Gabriel was very attentive and checked in on us. The fridge was not working but they came quickly to fix it.
