Overall, a very quiet and relaxing resort. We were in a Altitude suite so enjoyed some perks not offered to all and need to thank Gabriel and Omar for their outstanding customer service which was above and beyond - look these guys up for all your needs. The Grill breakfast was our go to spot; Beatriz was nothing short of amazing. Her professionalism and cheerful personality made you feel welcome each and every morning. She delivered/presented our order and ensured she followed up to see if anything further was needed. Very attentive. It was obvious she enjoys her work. We enjoyed the adult pool but mainly stuck to the beach palapa's where Julian was king. Nothing short of outstanding customer service which included drinks, food and good laughter. You definitely knew when he was not there (no beach service). Downside, as always, the people who reserve chairs and never use them. Even worse are those who reserve beach palapas and adult pool chairs/umbrellas and never use them. So you may get lucky or you may have to get up early, reserve a spot like everyone else and then go to breakfast.

Was highly disappointed that I was not able to get a reservation at the only place that needed a dinner reservation. I called prior to arriving and was told I would be helped with that upon arriving. Once arrived I kept insisting to the person who was helping me with my check in. He never confirmed my dinner reservation so I was told there was nothing that could be done. Please do better in accommodating or fixing things you guys mess up on. Other than that the person who helped me check out was very nice he extended my check out and no extra charge and for that I am grateful.

The property looks decent from the outside, and our room was nice. However, the check-in and check-out process needs improvement—only one or two staff members at the front desk led to long wait times. The food was disappointing, with very little variety each day. Only The Grill restaurant had better options in the evening. Desserts were mostly just jello and a few basic cakes. Another frustrating experience was at the pool. Staff members came by daily to close the umbrellas whenever it was slightly windy. If we asked to keep them open, they would say that if the umbrella flew away, it would be our fault and our responsibility. We were there to relax, not to worry about umbrellas—the hotel should provide a solution, not pass the problem onto guests. At the adult pool, there was only one activity offered during our stay; everything else took place at the family pool. We were also expecting a warmer welcome from the hotel and staff, but unfortunately, the hospitality fell short. Overall, we were disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel.

This was our first experience in Cabo and we enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff really was. We were wanting a nice relaxing experience and it gave us exactly that Gabriel and Omar were amazing and very helpful thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful stay. Staff were so nice and very friendly. Place has nice and clean swimming pools and safe children play pool. Food was delicious and impressive variety. We attended 3 restaurants 5 stars quality food and presentation. Overall great experience with an ocean view room and budget friendly stay. Great vacation for family oriented travel.

Great property, great service , great staff. The Expedia staff is exceptional and very helpful. They helped navigate all our needs throughout the trip. Food was great and a lot of activities to choose from.

I would definitely not be going back to this property. The property needed a lot of maintenance. The staff in the pool/bar area and the entertainment staff were all great, the food was good. The front desk could provide more information when checking in as to where you can eat, reservations, lunch, etc. I had to find this all out from talking to other guests. There is a fee if you want ice cream at the cafe, which I thought it was weird as it is an all inclusive. We had to switch rooms because of a mouse gnawing in our room. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this property.

Room, first given a double bed room when a king room was reserved. TV did not work, reported to front desk and Expedia host nothing done. Shower drain clogged and would start to flood the bathroom floor. Sliding door to patio was rough opening and closing. The views from 6th floor looking out over the ocean were nice and the waves were big. Resort, in need of repair in a lot of aspects. Wood pieces on walk ways rotted as well as loungers, pool side umbrellas torn and tattered, many pool tiles throughout both pools missing leaving sharp edges major cracking down the sides at water line of the family pool. Walkway from family pool to adult pool consistently smelled like sewer. Mexican, Italian and the tepanyaki food were good. Weren’t impressed at all at the grill and the buffet was OK. Only a couple days out of 7 where there was actual sausage, most was cut up hotdogs, the egg and omelette grill were great.
