The staff were excellent and very, very courteous !!! The plumbing in our room was dreadful. The patio doors didn’t close properly, even though maintenance tried to fix them. I did find the street traffic rather noisy and we are under the flight path at the Krystal Grand We very much appreciated the specialty restaurants (Asian, Italian and Mexican) The buffet was so, so, not terribly appealing. However, the fish tacos by the pool were quite tasty. Again the staff were extremely courteous and overall it was quite a pleasant stay.

The staff made the place welcoming and special. Especially Luis Martinez, Ramon, Gustavo, Gabriel at checkout and the staff at the Grill. The food was great. Some of the rooms in the main building back out on a busy highway behind them so best is to ask for another wing if possible.

All the staff at this hotel is excellent. Noted Angel at pool service and Victor in the buffet were very nice to deal with. Brissa and Gabriel from Expedia were very helpful. The pool facilities and pool bar are excellent. Everything is very clean and the staff are constantly keeping it that way. The food is all right, but don’t expect gourmet meals. The beach is very nice to walk on but not swimmable. Not much within walking distance but if you want a lazy holiday around the pool it’s great.

The room is clean . The staff at the restaurant need more improvement on friendly and serving. The tomahawk at the steak restaurant is rip off. $160 for 4 lb but the bring out not even 2 lb . The tomahawk taste nasty. The yellow tail dinner and the staff is excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Restaurants were very good, definitely worth upgrading to Altitude Club though. Room was very comfortable and clean. Any deficiencies were addressed immediately. Special thanks to the following people; Erik at the buffet, Estefania, Beatrix, Rosalba, Luis and Sergio at the Moskito restaurant, Pedro, Julian, and Manuel at the pool bar, Homero and Alfredo at the Altitude bar and Hugo at the Altitude roof top lounge. Special thanks to Daniela, Paul and Marco for their assistance with all things hotel related. Super service and we appreciate it so much! Definitely coming back!
