Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was beautiful. Other than that the cleanliness was pretty lacking all around. we were given sheets with blood stains on them. The cups that the drinks are given in at the pool and bars are not cleaned at all, only rinsed briefly with tap water by hand and placed in a stack and given to someone else right after you. I suggest bringing your own cup and washing it yourself often. The food taste was fine but not good. Me and my partner got extremely sick to the point we were throwing up for over 24 hours and needed medical attention. we did not eat or drink anywhere else besides the resort. The pool was too cold for people to go in so everyone was piled into the two small hot tubs at the adult pool that were the temperature of a warm bath and they were very dirty. The chairs by the pool were very limited and were all very dirty. The room was very loud all day and all night you could hear the traffic along the road because the door had huge gaps all around the frame. The tv was very old and had no other function but a couple cable channels. The restaurants are not open all the time. One or two of them were closed every day. and the others were only open for dinner.
