I was really looking forward to this all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff often had an attitude, which made interactions uncomfortable. Another strange policy was that despite being all-inclusive, we were given a tab each time we ordered something. It took away from the convenience and relaxed vibe you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort. Overall, it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for.

I go to Cabo every year with a group of friends. We try to change up the properties we stay at each time. This one was by far the worst out of all that I have tried. Some of the staff were super friendly others were absolutely not, including cussing an elderly man because they had 10 in their party. Restaurants took forever, 3 hours to get food & the check that must be signed even all inclusive. We missed the show several times for slow service. Not nearly enough pool chairs for the amount of people at the resort and people were getting there as early as 530 in order to claim a seat. While swimming in the pool on multiple occasions I had people trying to move stuff off the chair to claim it and felt like I couldn’t really swim because I had to guard my stuff. The buffet was lacking and I found it easier to just have room service for breakfast. The lines to get in anywhere were ridiculous and spent a large majority of my time waiting for almost anything. Offer free paddle boards, kayaks etc but they are at the neighboring resorts and multiple employees said to not bother trying as you will never get anything. The rooms were typical resort rooms but extensive mold on the walls and on the shower walls. Also beware this is a time share property so upon checking in they are going to try and hook you into their talk. Some of the group decided to check it out and lost 5.5 hours of their day to the talk.

A couple of issues not always enough lounges for everyone. Even though family resort kids weren’t allowed in both pools. Also even though we were AC we had to sign for everything even though we had already given our room number .. it should be electronic .. no proper bar to sit around. A bit of queuing too ! Show were great and food was lovely.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Palmer. The food was excellent. The service and staff was top-notch. The views from the pool, the restaurants and the beaches were awesome. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were amazing-very friendly and helpful. Every place we ate had excellent food! Drinks were also very good. Location was good. Beach was beautiful.
