I stayed for two nights 15 feet away from the front desk. Not once was anything mentioned to me about the smell of smoke. I did not smoke one time in that room. After staying two nights and cleaning up after myself while taking all the blankets and sheets and towels and putting them in one pile I got charged $250 for a smoking fee not one time out of my two night stay did they come to my room and say they could smell smoke went to breakfast at 10:01 barely anything left. Everything had to be refilled the front desk. Lady had an attitude when asked about refilling breakfast hot water did not work in the sink. Took 15 minutes for hot water to come on in tub. The pool area looked disgusting which was right in front of my room I will never come back and I will be fighting the charge.

The person cooking the food in the morning was loudly farting in the kitchen while preparing food, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and green, all drinks using tap water had an odd taste to them. Also the shower and sink in the restroom leaked.

overall super nice hotel! check in was super easy just showed my id and was immediately handed room keys told what floor checkout and breakfast time. by far the smoothest check in i’ve ever had. overall clean maybe a stain or two on towels/sheets but super nice for the cost
